Permanent Experts and Scholars of the International Cooperation Center (ICC)

Strategic Advisory Committee of the ICC:

The overall advisor is appointed by the leaders of the CPC and the State who have been in charge of foreign affairs in our country. Nearly 20 Ministerial-Level leaders and senior scholars serve as the chairperson, chief experts, deputy chairpersons and committee members of the Strategic Advisory Committee of the ICC.

Academic Committee of the ICC:

The chairmanship of the Academic Committee of the ICC is held by a Member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). The renowned experts and scholars in the fields of strategy, politics, diplomacy, economy and crisis management in our country are serving as members of the Academic Committee of the ICC.

Permanent Expert (Visiting Researcher) of the ICC:

A total of nearly 200 regular experts (Visiting Fellows) of the ICC, including Director-Level officials from the Policy Research Office of CCCPC, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Research Office of the State Council, the Counsellors’ Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the General Administration of Customs, Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily, etc., and outstanding figures from various fields in China.

Foreign Advisors and Experts of the ICC:

The foreign advisors and experts of the ICC are formed by the foreigners who have been awarded the "Medal of Friendship" by the People's Republic of China, who have received the "Commemorative Medal of Friendship" from the People's Republic of China, and who are recognized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.
