The two sides stated that, under the strategic guidance of the heads of state of the two countries in recent years, China-Kyrgyzstan relations have advanced steadily and bilateral cooperation has entered a "golden period" of rapid development. Against the backdrop of intensifying turbulence in the international situation and sluggish world economic growth, China and Kyrgyzstan should deepen high-level exchanges, strengthen strategic communication, and continue to forge ahead hand in hand. The ICC will maintain high-level dialogue with the Kyrgyz side, expeditiously implement the outcomes of the head-of-state visit, and secure more tangible results in building a China-Kyrgyzstan community with a shared future, so as to better deliver benefits to the two peoples. The two sides stressed that they will further deepen high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. They will promote steady growth in two-way trade and investment between China and Kyrgyzstan. They will advance projects such as the CKU Railway and the modernization of border ports. They will also continuously raise the level of connectivity. They will strengthen dialogue and exchanges, implement the outcomes of the SCO summit, optimize and strengthen the China-Central Asia mechanism, and earnestly implement the four global initiatives. Both sides agreed that the ICC and the Kyrgyz side will establish a China-Kyrgyzstan Track 1.5 high-level dialogue and consultation mechanism. The mechanism will fully implement the consensus between the heads of state of the two countries. It will strengthen the alignment of development strategies, advance mutually beneficial cooperation, and enhance international coordination. The goal is to jointly build an even closer China-Kyrgyzstan community with a shared future. The two sides will enhance communication and coordination and support the Kyrgyz side in playing a greater role in international and regional affairs. They will jointly uphold the UN-centered international system. They will also make new contributions to promoting world peace and development.
