Brazilian Ambassador to China Marcos Galvão visited the International Cooperation Center

On April 10, at the invitation of the International Cooperation Center Joint Council, Ambassador Marcos Galvao and his delegation visited the Jianguomen office of the International Cooperation Center (ICC). Zhang Zhixiang, member of the Strategic Advisory Committee of ICC, Chairman of the International Monetary Research Committee and former Executive Director of IMF for China, and Zhang Yu, Deputy Director of the Steering Committee of ICC, met with Ambassador Marcos Galvão and his colleague. The two sides exchanged views on the global macroeconomic situation, the G20 Summit (International Economic Cooperation Forum) and the reform of the international monetary system.

Mr. Anoop Singh, the International Adviser of ICC, internationally well-known economist and former director of the Asia-Pacific Department of the International Monetary Fund has attended the meeting. Joaquim Morais, head of Energy and Investment at the Embassy of Brazil in China and Cheng Yu, the Executive Secretary General of the ICC have participated in the exchange.
